JellyMed is doctor-led telehealth for non-emergency needs before, during, and after festivals, travel, nightlife, tours, and everyday life. Care starts with a clinical visit, not a product menu.
02What does a visit cost?+
One JellyMed visit is a flat $45. Medication, labs, shipping, pharmacy, and other third-party costs are separate when applicable.
03Can I choose a medication?+
Start with what you want help with. A licensed clinician makes the medical decision after reviewing your symptoms, history, state rules, and safety. Prescriptions are never guaranteed.
04Is the visit chat or video?+
Your state, symptoms, and the clinical protocol determine the right format. If video is required, you do not pay a second visit fee.
05Do you prescribe controlled substances?+
No. JellyMed does not prescribe controlled substances.
06What if this is an emergency?+
JellyMed is not emergency care. Chest pain, trouble breathing, fainting, seizure, severe confusion, serious injury, uncontrolled bleeding, or rapidly worsening symptoms need 911, the nearest ER, or on-site medical support.

She wanted a place where ravers, travelers, lovers, creators, first-timers, and festival veterans could bring the real version of the story without being shamed for it.
